Job Description

HTI is seeking an experienced Business Development / Key Account Manager with a leading global automotive plastics manufacturer . This position will focus on growing OEM and Tier supplier accounts, driving new business, and expanding strategic relationships within the automotive injection molding and plastics market. This position is Direct Hire and is based in Dallas, NC with support from their Virginia Plant) . The pay range is $105,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.

What You Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing sales, business development, or key account management Strong background in plastic injection molding or automotive plastics manufacturing Proven track record of developing OEM or Tier 1 accounts and driving revenue growth Fluent German ( required ) with strong cultural competency Experience working with or training in Germany preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Business Development / Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth across automotive OEM and supplier accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. This individual must be self-driven, strategic, and capable of operating independently within a global organization. Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, existing contacts, and market outreach Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including RFQs and program launches Develop and execute account-specific strategies aligned with company growth objectives Lead the full sales cycle including RFQ response, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution Collaborate with global key account teams to align international customer strategies Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to support innovation and growth Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning technical solutions with customer needs Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, purchasing) to ensure successful program execution Communicate forecasts, program updates, and account performance metrics Additional duties as needed and assigned About HTI Human Technologies, Inc.
