Job Description

Company Overview OpenRoad Financial Services is focused on helping Owner Operators and Fleets support and grow their companies with our same-day funding solutions. Our services allow these trucking companies to improve their cash flow, pay for fuel, truck maintenance, insurance, and reduce the expense of back-office tasks. Our immediate capital and professional back-office support enables these trucking companies to thrive.
About the role:
As a Business Development Representative at OpenRoad Financial Services (ORFS), you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts. You will focus on selling to new clients while developing and growing existing accounts. Our top performers are highly self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious, and dynamic sales personality. Above all, you should possess the innate desire to see others succeed, which will allow you to craft unique solutions that will genuinely help our prospective clients while dually promoting ORFS' interests.
Responsibilities:
  • Source and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain new and current customer relationships
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed established goals
  • Maintain superior product knowledge
  • Introduce promotions and opportunities to current clients
  • Cross-sell multiple solutions to maximize yield, consistent with strategies set by senior management
  • Negotiate discounts fees and other associated fees
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls
  • Email agreements to clients and make follow up calls or emails to verify they received the documents
  • Once documents have been received and signed, enter new client in FactorFox
  • File UCC filing
  • Email the Welcome Letter to new clients and follow up with phone call to go over processes
  • Introduce the account managers to the client
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • When required, attend conferences and meetings to enhance growth and keep up on the latest changes in the industry
Qualifications:
  • Experience with computers

  • Fluent in Spanish
