Job Description

Orchard Animal Hospital is a family-owned, non-corporate veterinary clinic expanding to meet the needs of our growing rural community. We are looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician who wants more than just a task list, someone who wants to be part of building a better clinic alongside a supportive team. This is a role for an LVT who values autonomy, respect, and having their voice heard. About the Practice Privately owned and family-operated Small-town, community-driven care Actively growing and improving systems and workflows A collaborative team that values communication and trust A clinic where ideas are welcomed and implemented We are not static. We are building, improving, and are open to better ways of doing things. What Youll Do Assist veterinarians during exams, surgery, and procedures Perform patient assessments and monitor anesthesia Administer medications and treatments Collect and run laboratory samples Perform dental cleanings and radiographs Provide client education and support Maintain accurate medical records Support a clean, efficient, and well-organized clinic What We're Looking For Licensed Veterinary Technician (Oregon license or ability to obtain) Strong technical skills with confidence in patient care and anesthesia Comfortable working in a clinic that is evolving and improving Values teamwork, communication, and accountability Enjoys building relationships with clients and coworkers Wants their input heard and used Schedule & Environment Flexible scheduling options Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow as the clinic continues to expand Hands-on role with real responsibility and trust Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off CE allowance and paid CE time Licensing and professional dues support Additional benefits based on schedule and role Why Orchard Animal Hospital If you're looking for a non-corporate clinic where your skills are respected, your input matters, and your work directly impacts a close-knit community, Orchard Animal Hospital offers a place to grow and be part of something meaningful.
