About the Role We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on creating opportunity from scratch and driving new business pipeline. This is a true hunter role focused on net-new logo generation across commercial and industrial markets in the Greater Philadelphia region. This role is the front end of the sales engine, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects by leading with physical security solutions first, then introducing broader technology capabilities where relevant. What You'll Do Prospect, qualify, and generate net-new opportunities within your assigned territory Execute high-volume outbound outreach including calls, email, and social engagement Identify and engage key decision-makers across target organizations Conduct initial discovery to uncover security gaps, operational risks, and business needs Position our core solutions, including: Video surveillance systems Access control platforms Cloud-based security infrastructure Collaborate with Account Executives or leadership to advance qualified opportunities through the sales process Attend client meetings, site walkthroughs, and industry events to build relationships and generate new opportunities Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline data, and reporting within CRM tools Consistently meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets What You Bring Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, or technology solutions Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred Exposure to physical security, surveillance, access control, or IT services is a plus Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way High level of self-motivation, resilience, and competitivenes Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Greater Philadelphia region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events Why This Role Matters This role fuels the company's growth engine.
