Autism Systems Department:
Clinical Operations Schedule:
Part‑Time Key Responsibilities The Operations Assistant will support a broad range of operational functions typically found in a clinical or service‑based organization, including but not limited to: Administrative & Office Operations Assist with daily office operations to ensure smooth clinic functionality Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries Manage scheduling support, calendars, and coordination of meetings or trainings Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed Operational & Facilities Support Support inventory management, including ordering and tracking office and clinical supplies Assist with facility needs coordination (equipment, cleanliness, basic troubleshooting) Help ensure the clinic remains compliant with internal operational procedures Support onboarding logistics for new staff (workspace setup, documentation coordination) Data, Compliance & Process Support Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting Help track operational metrics and assist leadership with compiling information Support compliance with internal policies and procedures Assist with quality improvement initiatives and process documentation Team & Leadership Support Provide general operational support to clinical leadership and management Coordinate communication between departments as needed Support special projects, audits, or initiatives related to clinic operations Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role preferred Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or human services environment is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment & Schedule Part‑time position based onsite at the Oscoda Clinical Center Schedule may vary based on clinic needs Professional, supportive, and mission‑focused work environment Why Join Autism Systems?
