Direct activities which ensure product and raw material conformance. Coordinate, monitor, and verify effectiveness of process/product improvement activities and corrective action plans. Provide data for the Cost-of-Quality tracking program, using results to prioritize problem solving and continuous improvement activities. Provide information and create quality graphs.
