The seat of Webster Township Treasurer will be open December 1, 2026, as the sitting Treasurer has resigned. The Township Board will fill the seat by appointment. The appointee will serve the rest of the unexpired term, until November 2028. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Township board member Must be bonded Collect taxes Apoint a deputy treasurer Member of Election Commission Safekeeping of funds Deposit of collections Investment of funds Term and Pay The appointee serves the rest of the current term. The term ends in November 2028. The pay is about $56,954.00 per year. The Township offers health insurance.
