GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This position will support high-impact Change Management and Process Improvement work during a period of significant organizational transformation. You will contribute to multiple concurrent projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in organizational change while helping employees successfully adopt improvements to our SAP systems and processes. You will work directly with the Manager of Organizational Change and the existing Change Management and Process Improvement team. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support communications, surveys, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking across active projects Contribute to live presentations, live engagement sessions, and company SharePoint hub Help measure change readiness and gather employee feedback Draft emails, newsletters, intranet posts, FAQs, and quick-reference guides Assist with planning and materials for employee town halls and engagement events Track communication effectiveness and prepare summary reports Design, distribute, and analyze change readiness and pulse surveys Build heat maps and dashboards to identify pockets of resistance or high adoption Theme qualitative feedback and support stakeholder impact assessments Maintain awareness of and compliance with applicable laws and regulations from various regulatory entities, internal policies, procedures, and directives. Ensure ongoing monitoring and timely incorporation of any changes to maintain adherence to compliance standards. Due to our obligation to provide continuous, reliable electric service to our customers, the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and the ability to work outside your regularly scheduled office hours when necessary is an essential function of the job.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field

Valid driver's license
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Rising Junior or Senior preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Strong interest in change management, employee engagement, and/or process improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Communications track) or strong analytical/data skills (Analytics track). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint. Experience with survey tools (Microsoft Forms) or basic data visualization is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and to work additional hours outside regular office hours is an essential function of this position.
