Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to join the Training & Communications team, supporting the implementation of Workday Supply Chain for a large non-profit healthcare organizations. The Program Manager, Workday Supply Chain ERP

- Training & Communications is an individual contributor responsible for establishing the planning, structure, documentation, and communication approach for the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday Supply Chain solutions across the organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
Workday Supply Chain Program Planning & Structure- Develop and manage the overall plan, structure, roadmap, and operating cadence for the Workday Supply Chain ERP training and communications workstream, including design, planning, execution, and sustainment activities.
- Partner with Workday implementation teams, functional leads, SSRM leadership, subject matter experts, and contributors to align training and communication deliverables with implementation milestones, testing cycles, and deployment schedules.
- Define workstream priorities, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, roles, and decision points to create clarity and accountability across the work.
- Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and readiness gaps related to user adoption, and escalate them appropriately to program leadership. Training & Documentation Development (Workday‑Focused)
- Develop and maintain the structure and approach for end-to-end Workday Supply Chain process documentation, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, inventory, and related workflows.
- Ensure documentation reflects future‑state Workday processes, security roles, and data standards.
- Establish and maintain standards for Workday training materials, templates, version control, governance, and content organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and Workday functional leads to ensure training materials align with configured system functionality. Training Delivery & Enablement
- Coordinate the development of e-learning modules, job aids, simulations, and instructor-led training materials specific to Workday Supply Chain.
- Plan and coordinate training delivery across multiple formats, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid, to support enterprise, regional, and local users.
- Deliver training sessions as needed and provide coaching, guidance, and best‑practice support to trainers to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery. Communication Strategy & Change Enablement
- Lead the development and execution of Workday Supply Chain communications, including awareness, readiness, training announcements, deployment updates, and post‑go‑live messaging.
- Support supply chain and operational leaders with communication planning tailored to impacted audiences and deployment phases.
- Ensure communication channels enable two‑way feedback so user concerns and adoption challenges are identified and addressed. Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track Workday Supply Chain training and readiness metrics, including completion, preparedness, and effectiveness.
- Produce reports and insights that help program and operational leaders monitor training completion, readiness, and adoption gaps.
- Use feedback, metrics, and lessons learned to continuously improve the structure, plans, training materials, and communication approach throughout implementation and sustainment.

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, curriculum and instruction, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working in supply chain operations, ERP implementations (Workday or comparable cloud based ERP), EHR/EMR implementations, healthcare environments, or a combination of these areas.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace productivity tools.
- Ability to independently manage complex program plans, coordinate cross-functional contributors, clarify dependencies, and influence outcomes without supervisory authority.
- Experience developing or supporting e-learning and training content using instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate or similar platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical, clinical, and non clinical audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in large, matrixed organizations undergoing significant change, including system implementations and process transformation.
- Must sit in PST, MST, or CST time zones
- Master's or advanced degree
