Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change & EHSQ Strategy Lead to drive key integration initiatives, culture transformation, and strategic change management across our Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) and Environmental departments. This role focuses on streamlining processes, advancing integrated management systems (IMS), and leading high-impact internal communications.
Core Responsibilities Change Leadership & OCM:
Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for EHSQ, environmental, and digital initiatives to ensure high adoption rates and smooth process transformations. Integrated Management Systems (IMS): Provide strategic guidance for developing and implementing IMS frameworks to reduce operational risk and improve cross-functional consistency.
Executive & Organizational Communications:
Direct the creation and execution of executive-level messaging and departmental communications to foster transparency and alignment.
Culture Transformation:
Manage the enterprise environmental culture roadmap, champion employee engagement initiatives, and build strong frameworks for environmental stewardship.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
7-10 years of professional experience specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM), change leadership, and employee engagement.
Communication Expertise:
Advanced writing and verbal communication skills, with a proven history of managing executive-level messaging and large-scale organizational updates.
Strategic & Project Skills:
Demonstrated capability in managing complex project portfolios, driving cross-functional collaboration, and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Frameworks:
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred in a relevant discipline), along with familiarity or direct experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) or Environmental Management Systems.
