Job Description We are seeking a senior-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communications, training, and user adoption across large-scale transformation initiatives. This role serves as the critical bridge between technology implementation and business transformation, ensuring leaders, managers, and employees are prepared to successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. This position goes beyond traditional communications or training responsibilities and requires strong executive presence, strategic leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-Suite and senior leadership levels.
