Job Description

Job Summary The OCM Lead will develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies aligned with project and program objectives. The role will lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training enablement, feedback management, and adoption activities across large-scale transformation initiatives. The OCM Lead will work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, sponsors, functional leaders, project teams, and Learning & Development teams to ensure stakeholder readiness, successful adoption, and effective transition through go-live and post-implementation support. This position is onsite and based in San Diego, California. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project and program objectives.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and affected stakeholders.
  • Integrate change management activities into overall project and program plans in collaboration with Project Managers and Product Owners, particularly within Agile environments.
  • Identify and map key stakeholders across impacted business units and build strong partnerships with sponsors and functional leaders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment, communication, and adoption throughout transformation initiatives.
  • Define areas of business impact and recommend appropriate training approaches.
  • Collaborate with project teams and Learning & Development teams to design and deliver end-user training programs.
  • Develop and implement targeted communication plans, including presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and leadership updates.
  • Ensure consistent change messaging across communication channels.
  • Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to proactively address concerns, resistance, and adoption challenges.
  • Assess training needs and develop learning plans, job aids, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Support organizational readiness for go-live and post-implementation activities.
  • Track and report change progress using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Provide regular change management updates to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to change governance standards and maintain change management documentation and best practices. Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably supporting large-scale transformation programs.
  • 3+ years of experience in change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training enablement.
  • 3+ years of experience working in or supporting Agile transformation programs.
  • 3+ years of experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci and ADKAR and structured change methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations.
