Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Field & Change Communications Manager to lead strategic communication across data and AI transformation programs. You'll craft clear, compelling messaging for stakeholders, develop communication plans for platform rollouts, and support change management for client implementations. Partnering with consultants, data engineers, and client leaders, you'll translate technical concepts into business value, design field enablement materials, manage feedback loops, and measure communication impact in a fast-paced, learning-focused culture. Responsibilities Develop and execute communication strategies for data and AI transformation programs. Translate technical data and analytics concepts into clear, business-focused messaging. Create field enablement content, playbooks, and launch materials for client-facing teams. Partner with consultants, data engineers, and client leaders to align communication with project goals. Plan and support change management communications for platform rollouts and process changes. Establish feedback loops and communication channels to capture stakeholder insights. Measure communication effectiveness and adjust plans based on data and feedback. Ensure consistent messaging across channels and audiences. Facilitate meetings, briefings, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders. Contribute to Everpure's collaborative, learning-focused culture by sharing best practices in communications.
