Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans. Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders in implementing change initiatives. Develop and deliver effective change management workshops and training sessions. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. What's in it for me?
