Program Management EB Groton Shipyard Overview The Change Management End to End Technical Program Representative would support: Manage and assess existing and new process/tool products for all programs brought from across the business to enhance the Change development and delivery process Facilitate and provide assessments of upcoming business requirements by working with every area of the business and developing business cases as needed Drive future vision strategy and implement changes to process/tools/training to achieve business objectives for all programs and future programs Drive efficiency into the value stream by: Defining business requirements for procedure changes, software and training Managing multiple projects and implanting change to align and incorporate similar tools and processes across the programs Tracking and managing projects plan in accordance with business need and ECDs, including providing status of project milestones and health to management Coordinate multiple resources and roadmap end to end processes across multiple programs Facilitate oversight of process and software changes in accordance to business needs and ECDs to support project objectives Communicate and provide training when applicable to updated processes and software changes Supporting & coordinating business commitments in accordance with business need and ECDs Responsibilities To be successful in this position the applicant should have:
Project Management Skills:
Managing to established dates and schedules, as well as estimating and scheduling new task development Working knowledge of
Siemens Teamcenter and NX Facilitation Skills:
To lead brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and cross value stream discussions on different initiatives Ability to develop effective relationships Strong written and oral communication skills Understanding of Digital Enterprise (DE) Change Management processes & tools for current and future programs Experience in developing business requirements Knowledge and understanding with configuration management principles Ability to generate business cases Experience with software and procedure updates and changes Demonstrated Project Management Skills Innovative and persistent personality
Qualifications Required:
A Bachelor's of Science degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Software, Industrial, Systems, Chemical, or Computer Engineering 5+ years of experience in software applications or project management
Preferred:
Experience with CLB/VPM/Virigina/AUKUS/UK/IPMP/SSNX change processes and tools Experience in Teamcenter and/or NX General understanding of configuration management strategies Experience in defining business requirements and software processes Experience with understanding, assessing and maintaining technical procedures
