- Supporting the planning and coordination of training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
- Helping prepare, organize, and distribute training materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Tracking training attendance, completion, and feedback to measure program effectiveness.
- Assisting with employee communications related to new processes, tools, or ways of working.
- Supporting change management activities such as stakeholder tracking, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Responding to basic employee questions and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintaining organized records, trackers, and documentation for project transparency.
- Providing general administrative support to the project or change team. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bring prior experience in administrative support, training coordination, HR support, or project support (preferred).
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
