- so your impact really will change lives. Role Overview Our Sr. Implementation Manager
- RPO drives successful client outcomes by managing the end-to-end implementation of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions for new and existing clients.
Implementation Manager is accountable for:
Serving as project manager, leading the full implementation lifecycle for RPO solutions. Facilitating discovery sessions, workshop planning, and process mapping with clients and internal teams. Designing and documenting future state processes, technology configurations, and best practices. Leading or supporting change management, training, and communication planning and execution. Managing detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and project meetings. Building strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, delivering excellent partnership and post-launch stabilization. Identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving creative solutions for continuous improvement. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience 5+ years' experience in RPO implementation, talent acquisition operations, or consulting. Proven project management capability with large-scale, multi-region or global programs. Subject matter expertise in one or more: process mapping/documentation, change management, ATS/Recruiting technology (Workday, Taleo, iCims, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools (SmartSheet preferred) and MS Office suite. Ability to build strong client relationships and drive consensus in cross-functional teams. Flexible schedule and willingness to support global project timelines; ability to travel as needed. Agile, innovative, strategic thinker, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Compensation- Review requirements (Pay Transparency) Base pay range: $73,875
- 98,500 annually. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. Compensation package and benefits applicable to the position
