Job Description

Job#: 3052002 Change Specialist Role OverviewThis opportunity is for a Change Specialist to support an organization in establishing and implementing its strategy for business platforms, including Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Human Capital Management (HCM). This role involves guiding program team members in effective organizational change management (OCM) and communications to increase adoption, engagement, and usage of new systems and processes. The position reports to the program business leader with accountability to the OCM Lead. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and project team members to ensure change management efforts are managed effectively.



Develop and implement change management and communication strategies for the program, with a potential focus on a specific workstream.



Communicate with key stakeholders about the change management process and collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.



Empower and equip the program team and business leaders throughout the change management and communication process.



Provide guidance and coaching to ensure effective change management practices are followed.



Maintain flexibility in shifting approaches and engagement strategies as required by program leaders.



Identify and manage potential barriers or risks that arise during the change management process.



Guide the design and delivery of training programs and materials to support change.



Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and communication programs, including tracking KPIs.



Develop communication plans to ensure leaders at all levels are informed.



Focus change communications on the people element of the program, including impacts from business process, systems, or technology changes.



Support leadership communication efforts within the program.

Required QualificationsEducation:

BS/BA in change management, strategic communications, or a relevant field.

Experience:

2-3+ years in Change Management and 2+ years in Change Communications, with an understanding of best practices.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Office, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Preferred QualificationsChange management certification is preferred.



Experience working in large, complex, and global organizations is preferred.
