As a Change Management Governance Analyst, you will be part of the Service Management Governance team supporting various governance functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

525 N Tryon St Charlotte North Carolina 28202 United States What's the Job? Provide operational and governance support for Service Management Governance, focusing on Change Management Governance. Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and governance review forums. Facilitate governance reviews for high-risk and complex technology changes. Track governance actions, risks, exceptions, approvals, and remediation activities. Produce weekly and monthly governance reporting dashboards and executive summaries. What's Needed? At least 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Technology Operations, IT Governance, Service Management, or Program Support. Strong organizational and project tracking skills. Experience creating executive reporting dashboards and presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
