Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities Establish and operate a formal intake and review process for all initiatives impacting Protected Data or regulated operations. Enforce compliance gating to ensure no integration, system change, or operational activity proceeds without required approvals. Ensure all integration activities align with the approved Integration Plan and do not proceed prior to CMA non-objection where required (NSA Article II.C). Maintain a centralized integration and change register with clear tracking of status, approvals, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional reviews across IT, product, legal, supply chain, and services teams. Evaluate proposed activities for impact on Protected Data, access controls, personnel eligibility, and system boundaries. Prevent unauthorized or premature access to Protected Data, including pre-Integration Plan restrictions (NSA Article II.E). Document all gating decisions and maintain evidence for audit and regulatory review. Escalate non-compliant or high-risk activities to the Security Officer. Required Skills and Competencies Strong governance and structured change management experience. Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and apply them to operational workflows. Strong coordination and cross-functional leadership capability. High attention to detail and documentation discipline. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, public policy, or related field required. 8+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance operations, or program management in regulated environments. Citizenship Requirement U.S. citizenship required. Availability and Travel Primarily standard business hours with occasional time-sensitive coordination needs. Limited travel. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $100k
  • 170K.
