You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you`ll connect function, solve problems, and keep projects moving-fast. You will gain end-to-end exposure to the product development lifecycle and have the opportunity to grow your capabilities as a project leader in a dynamic fast-paced environment. How you will contribute You will: Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory. Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues. Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity. Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
