Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Change Coordinator / Change Reviewer to support production container releases in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role will partner closely with Scrum teams, DevOps, and release stakeholders to coordinate production deployments, govern change processes, and ensure all releases comply with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with
JIRA, BMC
Remedy, release coordination, and IT change management.
Project Details:
Long-term initiative with additional project funding. Coordinate and govern container/application production releases. Partner with multiple Scrum teams to ensure release readiness. Create, manage, and track JIRA stories for production releases. Review change requests and ensure all approvals, documentation, and release requirements are completed prior to deployment. Support release planning, scheduling, and change governance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize deployment risks and ensure successful production releases. Must Haves 7+ years of Change Coordination, Release Coordination, or Change Review experience. Experience as a Change Coordinator (not Organizational Change Management). Experience performing Change Reviews for production releases. Expert-level experience with JIRA. Hands-on experience using BMC Remedy for change and release management. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating production or container releases across multiple Scrum teams. Desired Skills ServiceNow Change Management experience. Previous Bank of America experience. Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
