Change Execution Lead - Hybrid#26-08241 Jersey City, NJ NC Hybrid Contract Starts 10/01/2026 Ends 9/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change Execution Lead for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC, or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a client-facing role that involves heavy business engagement and interaction across all teams involved in the end-to-end flow, including Risk and Audit. This position requires less technical experience and focuses on strong project and change management within a financial services environment.

Requirements:

7-10 years of Change Management, Portfolio, or Project management experience within the financial services industry Demonstrated strength ofmunication skills at the senior executive level Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Practical working knowledge of Change Management standards at a global financial services organization Practical working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools including JIRA and Confluence Desired skills: Experience supporting Capital Management, Regulatory Rules, or other Treasury and Finance-related functions Familiarity with capital calculation processes, regulatory reporting requirements, and associated technology platforms Knowledge of technology change management, SDLC controls, regulatorymitments, and governance frameworks within a large financial institution Experience managing financial plans, vendor budgets, and resource forecasts forplex technology programs Experience with Tableau Pay range: $57.70 - $65.70 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
