Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Define and drive the OCM strategy and roadmap aligned with program objectives and business transformation goals.
Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and change implications across functions.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Lead impact analysis for processes, systems (3DEXPERIENCE), and user roles.
Design and deliver training strategies, learning plans, and user enablement programs.
Collaborate with business, functional, and leadership teams to ensure smooth adoption and transition.
Monitor change adoption metrics, resistance management, and continuous improvement initiatives
