We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Data Governance to join our Records Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Supporting the delivery of enterprise records management and information governance programs across global business teams. Helping maintain and enhance governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures that promote effective records and information management. Collaborating with partners across business, technology, legal, compliance, and operations to implement solutions and resolve operational challenges. Monitoring program activities, dependencies, risks, and issues to help ensure successful execution and timely delivery. Supporting regulatory, audit, and compliance activities through control execution, documentation, and evidence management. Preparing management reporting, process documentation, and stakeholder communications to provide transparency and drive informed decision-making. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance user experience, and strengthen operational effectiveness. Assisting with the implementation of new capabilities, process changes, and governance initiatives across the enterprise. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Data Management, Information Systems, Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field Professional certification in data management or governance (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) beneficial but not required 2 - 5 years of experience. Experience supporting governance, risk, compliance, operational, or information management activities within a corporate environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build effective working relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience creating business documentation, presentations, and reporting materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting enterprise-wide governance programs or large-scale operational initiatives. Familiarity with regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements related to information and records management. Experience working with records management, workflow, content management, archival, or similar platforms. Knowledge of control frameworks, audit support, and issue remediation processes. Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
