Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Supports enterprise transformation initiatives across the UF Health Clinical Enterprise by applying structured change management methodologies to drive adoption of clinical, operational, digital, and administrative changes. Works across hospitals, ambulatory practices, faculty practice plans, academic partners, and shared services to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Partners closely with clinical leaders, faculty, administrators, project teams, and executive sponsors to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans. Ensures organizational changes are clearly communicated, well understood, and sustainably integrated into daily operations while minimizing disruption to patient care and business processes. Plays a key role in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training support, and readiness assessments to drive successful outcomes across complex, system-wide initiatives.Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Applies structured change management methodologies to support enterprise clinical, operational, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conducts change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and risk analyses.
- Develops and implements change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Partners with project teams, clinical leaders, and executive leadership to drive successful change adoption.
- Creates and delivers executive communications, leader toolkits, talking points, and frontline engagement materials.
- Collaborates with Learning & Development to support role-based training strategies and change readiness.
- Coaches executive sponsors, physician leaders, managers, and project teams on change management best practices.
- Develops sponsor engagement, communication, training, resistance management, and sustainment plans.
- Establishes and tracks adoption, utilization, readiness, and change performance metrics.
- Monitors project risks, mitigation strategies, and change progress, providing updates to governance and leadership.
- Supports organizational design, workforce transitions, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Coordinates cross-functional efforts with HR, IT, Quality, Patient Safety, Compliance, Communications, and Project Management teams.
- Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of enterprise change management standards, processes, and tools. Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree required. Experience & Skills
- Experience in change management or strategic communications required.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support cross-functional collaboration preferred.
- Prosci certification preferred or equivalent change management certification preferred.
