Change Manager TEKsystems $75.00

- Description
- A TEKsystems client is looking for a Change Manager that will be primarily responsible for creating, supporting, and implementing change management strategies and tactics designed to maximize employee adoption of enterprise initiatives.
- Any experience with digital transformation will be a PLUS
Essential Functions:
- Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change-related activities
- Administer and complete change management assessments
- Develop change management strategy
- Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Create actionable deliverables for the following Change Management activities: Communication Strategy; Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement; Learning and Development
- Support communication efforts
- Support learning and development efforts
- Consult and advise project team members and key business partners in the change process
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Work with Product Owners/Project Managers to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Track and report issues to the Project Manager / Leadership
- Define short and long-term change adoption metrics
- Monitor change adoption post implementation
- Aggressively address poor change adoption situations
- Support and engage with other change resources at the business level (Operating Companies)
- Manage the portfolio and change load of multiple projects as required
- Establish and manage a cross-operating company Change Network of key business stakeholders and IS team members
- Manage the change calendar and communications related to planned outages or maintenance windows
- Continuously improve and communicate Change Management procedures and workflows
Supervisory or Management Responsibility:
- Set and continually manage Change Management expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Coach, mentor, and lead project team members (project team and internal customers), educating each in the process and tools being used and their role in the process
Budget Responsibility:
- Scoping projects and possibly managing budgets for contract resources Minimum Education and/or
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in organizational Change, Communication, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in Change Management
Skills/Abilities:
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proven successful track record working in large/complex multi-location programs/projects
- Exceptional understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to clearly articulate and/or present messages to a variety of audiences, cultures, and to all levels in an organization
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

- Proven ability to drive adoption and value realization on IT Infrastructure/IT Enterprise Operations projects desired

- This is a Contract position based out of Hanover, MD.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $75.00
- $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
