Job Description
Job Summary:
The Change Manager will lead change management activities for technical projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, technical and colleague communications, strategic planning and alignment, and colleague experience strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing change for technical initiatives and strong stakeholder management capabilities. Experience supporting acquisition projects is a plus.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities for technical projects from planning through implementation.
- Develop and execute stakeholder management strategies to support successful change adoption.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify organizational, process, technology, and colleague impacts.
- Develop and coordinate technical communications for impacted stakeholders and project teams.
- Create and deliver colleague communications to support awareness, understanding, and adoption of changes.
- Support strategic planning and alignment across project, business, and technology stakeholders.
- Develop and contribute to colleague experience strategies throughout the change lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, address resistance, and drive successful adoption.
- Support change activities related to acquisition projects, where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working as a practicing Change Manager on technical projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Strong experience in change management, change impact assessment, and organizational change activities.
- Experience developing technical and colleague communications.
- Strong strategic planning and alignment capabilities.
- Experience supporting colleague experience strategies.
- Prosci certification or equivalent change management certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting acquisition or M&A-related projects.
- Candidates based in Sweden are preferred; EMEA-based candidates are preferred if a Sweden-based candidate is unavailable, followed by candidates on the US East Coast.
