Following a number of significant acquisitions, the business is undertaking a major HR transformation program focused on integration, organizational effectiveness, leadership alignment, and preparing the organization for future growth. Your New Role We are seeking an experienced HR Change & Integration Lead to support a series of high-profile acquisition and integration initiatives across the United States. Working within the HR Transformation function, you will help assess how previous acquisitions have been embedded into the organization, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive leadership alignment, harmonization, and change adoption across the business. This is a highly consultative role requiring someone who can quickly assess complex environments, engage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, influence business leaders, and deliver practical solutions. You will play a key role in helping the organization strengthen its integration approach as it continues to grow through acquisition. What You Will Need to Succeed 8+ years' experience in HR Transformation, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, or Talent Transformation 6+ years' experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or post-merger integrations Previous management consulting or transformation consulting experience preferred Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and C-suite executives Experience facilitating workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and change interventions Background in organizational design, culture integration, communications, harmonization, or shared services transformation What You Will Get in Return This is an opportunity to join a large-scale transformation program within a globally recognized organization that continues to grow through acquisition.
