Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite Overview We are seeking a Moderation Hub Readiness & Enablement Lead to drive the successful launch, adoption, and operational readiness of a new enterprise moderation platform. This role will serve as the cross-functional integrator responsible for defining and coordinating the overall launch readiness strategy across Product, Operations, Policy, Learning & Development, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and other key stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will lead readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, business readiness activities, and launch governance to ensure the organization is fully prepared to adopt, operate, and support the platform from Day 1. This position is focused on program integration and readiness leadership and is not responsible for creating all functional deliverables such as training materials, SOPs, product documentation, or communications assets. Project Overview Moderation Hub is a centralized moderation platform designed to unify moderation workflows across the organization. The platform will replace fragmented processes currently managed across multiple tools and manual workflows with a standardized moderation experience. The implementation will be delivered through a phased rollout and will impact multiple stakeholder groups, including: Moderation Teams Ad Policy Legal Product Management Engineering Sales Customer Support Operations Additional cross-functional partners Given the broad organizational impact, the initiative requires substantial business readiness, change management, enablement, and adoption planning beyond technical implementation. Key ResponsibilitiesReadiness Strategy & Program Integration Develop and manage the integrated launch readiness strategy across all workstreams. Build and maintain the overall Launch & Readiness Plan. Define readiness approach, governance structure, milestones, dependencies, and sequencing. Translate launch objectives into coordinated activities across: Business Readiness Training & Enablement Communications Technical Readiness Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and drive alignment across stakeholder groups. Establish readiness criteria and support launch checkpoints. Identify readiness and launch risks and drive mitigation planning. Track progress of readiness activities and provide ongoing status reporting. Coordinate readiness work across Product, Policy, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Learning & Development, and additional partner teams. Business Readiness Ensure organizational readiness for successful operation in the future-state model. Develop and maintain stakeholder inventories and stakeholder impact assessments. Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify: Organizational impacts Readiness requirements Adoption risks Develop stakeholder engagement plans and coordinate execution. Partner with business leaders to define: Business process updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Operational support models Reporting requirements Escalation processes Define and track business readiness criteria across impacted teams. Facilitate business readiness reviews and cross-functional issue resolution. Develop and coordinate hypercare support strategies, including: Office hours Support processes Issue tracking Transition planning Monitor adoption metrics post-launch and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Training & Enablement Assess training needs across impacted user groups. Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop: Training strategy Curriculum framework Rollout plans Design role-based learning path recommendations and enablement approaches. Build and maintain integrated training schedules and readiness plans. Coordinate development of training content with functional owners. Track training readiness, completion rates, and adoption metrics. Support launch preparedness through office hours, reinforcement programs, and post-launch learning initiatives. Communications Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy and communications calendar.

Experience supporting technology or platform implementations through launch and post-launch adoption phases. Strong executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
