Job Description
Sr. Change Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Change Manager to lead organizational readiness and adoption efforts for large-scale technology and process transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly polished change leader who can independently create structure, prepare diverse user populations for change, and develop compelling communications, training, and executive-facing materials. This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon. Sr. Change Manager Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive change management and organizational readiness strategies for enterprise technology and process transformation initiatives. Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, adoption planning, and readiness activities for large user populations across multiple regions. Identify impacted audiences, assess how new processes and systems will affect each group, and develop targeted plans to prepare users for successful adoption. Create training programs, learning content, job aids, and enablement resources from the ground up to support consistent and sustainable adoption. Develop polished, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, leadership updates, and other executive-level materials that clearly communicate progress, risks, and key decisions. Create and manage audience-specific communications for employees, business stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership. Coordinate user participation in testing and readiness activities, including scheduling, instructions, feedback collection, and issue follow-up. Monitor adoption and readiness indicators, identify potential gaps or risks, and proactively partner with project leaders to address concerns ahead of implementation. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to coordinate training, communications, and rollout activities. Lead change readiness and go-live preparation across phased regional releases while maintaining consistent communication and enablement standards. Sr. Change Manager Qualifications 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, transition management, organizational readiness, or a related discipline supporting enterprise-scale programs. Demonstrated success preparing large and diverse user populations for significant technology, system, or business process changes, including global or multi-region implementations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing, editing, and tailoring messaging for employee, stakeholder, and executive audiences. Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong visual design sensibility and demonstrated ability to produce polished, executive-ready presentations and communications. Proven experience designing training content, enablement programs, job aids, and other learning resources from initial concept through delivery. Ability to operate independently, establish structure in evolving environments, prioritize competing needs, and deliver effectively with limited direction. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and geographically dispersed stakeholders. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Experience supporting SAP-related transformation or implementation programs is preferred; deep technical SAP expertise is not required. Change management certification or formal methodology experience, such as Prosci or ADKAR, is preferred.
