Must haves: 6-9 yrs of total experience 3-5 in change mgmt wants some networking background at the enterprise level soft skills are non negotiable able to call out errors or gaps ITIL knowledge Agile background Nice to haves: ServiceNow exp - will be moving off remedy to ServiceNow by the time this person gets ramped up prior BAC contractor doesnt have to be too technical - he can teach them most things just needs a well rounded person
