The Risk & Change Manager maintains the project risk register and drives mitigation ownership, and manages the change order process from identification through approval for a data center build. On a fast program, unmanaged risk becomes unbudgeted change- this role runs the discipline that keeps surprises small, priced, and decided on purpose.

ABOUT YOU
- What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in project controls, commercial management, contract administration, or risk/change roles on major capital projects.
- Strong contract literacy across GMP, lump sum, and EPC forms
- entitlement, notice provisions, and change mechanics.
- Experience running quantified risk registers (Monte Carlo exposure a plus) with real mitigation ownership.
- Change order lifecycle depth: identification, pricing review, negotiation support, and execution.
Claims-awareness:
you build the record before you need it.- Construction cost fundamentals sufficient to challenge contractor pricing credibly.
- Data center, power, or heavy industrial project background preferred.
- Precise, disciplined documentation and unemotional negotiation support style.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, quantity surveying, or related field; site travel as needed (15-25%).
