We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Adoption Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team responsible for driving the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to maximize their productivity and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. What will the employee be doing in this role? Lead and manage the Technology Adoption Specialist and the Adoption Delivery team, providing direction, coaching, development, and support to team members. Assist with executing the organization's adoption strategy to enable the adoption of new technologies and supporting processes across the organization. Collaborate with multiple business units and leadership to ensure success of digital investments and processes. Develop and implement standard operations of Technology Adoption Specialist team and Business Process Consultant team. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology adoption initiatives, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team and the broader organization. Periodic travel to Field offices in support of adoption initiatives Supervisory Responsibility This role will lead the Technology Adoption Specialist group who creates and leads adoption strategies for key initiatives for the enterprise. This role also leads the Adoption Delivery group consisting of Business Process Consultants and a New Advisor Process Specialist who drive integration of processes with digital tools. What skills and qualifications does this employee need? Education Bachelor's degree Work Experience 5+ years of experience in technology adoption or a related role within the financial services industry. Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of financial services operations and regulatory requirements. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in digital adoption and training methodologies. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with variety of project management disciplines with methodologies. Certifications Prosci, Kotter or other organization change management certifications (preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Technology Adoption and Process Improvement :
Knowledge of technology adoption, project management, and continuous improvement practices within financial services.
Leadership and Stakeholder Influence :
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, coach employees, build trusted relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic and Analytical Thinking :
Ability to anticipate business needs, evaluate adoption performance, solve complex problems, and make timely, data-informed decisions.
Communication and Collaboration :
Skill in clearly communicating complex concepts, listening with empathy, resolving conflict constructively, and collaborating across diverse teams.
Execution and Adaptability :
