Full-Time Ideal Candidate:

An experienced Organizational Development & Change Management professional with expertise in managing the human impact of digital transformations, technology changes, and application rollouts.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, capability-building, and developing executive-ready communications and adoption collateral. Engage designated teams to build capabilities, systems, and processes required to achieve sustainable business results during technology transformations. Conduct business readiness, organizational impact, stakeholder, and application-usage assessments; translate results into actionable risk-mitigation strategies and change action plans. Identify people-related risks, resistance points, performance gaps, and stakeholder concerns to strengthen overall awareness, desire, and solution adoption. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business processes, systems, application usage, and culture with the organization's strategic vision. Coach and advise leaders and key stakeholders throughout implementation to support successful adoption, reinforce new behaviors, and sustain business outcomes. Develop comprehensive change collateral including stakeholder assessments, key messaging, executive presentations, FAQs, talking points, job aids, training materials, and communication campaigns. Establish and apply change-management tools, methodologies, templates, and measurement practices to monitor awareness, engagement, system adoption, and sustainment. Follow established internal change-management governance, approval protocols, and documentation standards to maintain transparency, accountability, and audit readiness.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Management, Training & Performance Improvement, or a related field (Master's degree highly preferred). Proven track record leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives, including role, process, system, and application impact assessments. Expert proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for developing executive-level and end-user materials. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. Top 3 Must Haves

Change Management Expertise & Frameworks:

Prosci Certification (highly preferred) or demonstrated experience utilizing structured change management methodologies and frameworks

Digital Transformation & Impact Assessment:

Hands-on experience translating complex technology/application changes into clear stakeholder impacts, training collateral, and targeted adoption strategies.

Collateral Creation & Executive Readiness:

Strong capability in building end-to-end change collateral (job aids, FAQs, presentations, communications) and presenting insights/metrics to leadership.
