Job Description Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a senior Bilingual Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale Latin America Operations transformation initiative for their oil and gas client. The project centers around a Salesforce customer portal implementation, which represents approximately 60% of the overall scope, along with integration efforts involving order management and operational systems. This individual will lead organizational change management activities, user adoption efforts, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and go-live readiness across teams in the United States and Mexico. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead change management efforts for a large business and technology transformation initiative. Develop and execute change management plans, stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, communication plans, and training strategies. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness and adoption efforts using ALM and Tasko. Create bilingual communications, training materials, FAQs, job aids, and enablement documentation. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and change readiness activities. Partner with business, IT, project management, and commercial stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes and technology. Prepare impacted users for go-live and provide onsite support during critical deployment activities. Travel to Mexico City and Tijuana during the final project phase leading up to go-live. - 15+ years of change management experience supporting large business or technology transformation initiatives,
- 5-8+ years of experience specifically within the Oil and Gas industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience creating executive communications, training materials, change impact assessments, and adoption strategies.
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally.
- Experience working with Salesforce implementations or similar enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting commercial operations, customer-facing processes, or customer portal implementations.
- Exposure to DevSecOps, ALM, Tasko, or UAT readiness activities.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and multicultural stakeholder groups.
- Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, SAP, Salesforce, or related operational platforms.
- Previous consulting experience leading change efforts across multiple workstreams.
