Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to support a large-scale finance transformation initiative for a leading energy and petroleum company. This individual will partner with finance leadership, project teams, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption of OneStream, a financial performance management platform that will enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities across the organization.

Day to day, this person will lead change management activities, conduct stakeholder and change readiness assessments, develop communication and engagement plans, and support finance teams through new processes and ways of working. They will collaborate closely with project leadership, the CFO's organization, and Deloitte to ensure successful adoption of the new solution and deliver a smooth transition across the enterprise. Skills and Requirements Prosci certification or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) — required; non-negotiable10-15+ years of experience as a Change Manager, with a demonstrated track record as a seasoned consultant10+ years of Oil and gas industry experience — required; candidates without oil and gas background will not be consideredFinance orientation — 5+ years of experience supporting finance functions, finance system implementations, or finance line-of-business stakeholders (e.g., FP&A, accounting, tax, financial reporting)ERP/financial software implementation experience — experience supporting rollouts of platforms such as OneStream, SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar financial performance management tools strongly preferred; direct OneStream experience is a plus but not requiredConsulting background — must have operated as an external or internal consultant; demonstrated ability to integrate into client culture and work independently within a client-managed change readiness structureStrong stakeholder engagement skills — proven ability to work with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams, with a culturally adaptive, professional communication style We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
