Serve as a business analyst for a law enforcement agency conducting process improvement initiatives, working to gather and document requirements to help with automation development Solve problems by following procedures and have experience in evaluating controls associated with complex business processes Conduct research and analysis using different toolsets across MS suite of tools Work with clients within the Homeland Security space working to improve processes
