Open ________________________________________ Are You a Change Management & Training Professional Ready to Lead End Users Through a Major HR System Transformation? QSSHire is seeking a Change Management & Training Specialist to support the implementation of a new PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR) platform for a mission-critical government customer. This role focuses on preparing end users for organizational change by developing and delivering training, communicating new business processes, and ensuring a smooth transition from existing HR workflows to the new PeopleSoft environment. Working closely with Human Resources, project teams, and stakeholders, you'll drive user adoption by educating employees on system functionality, updated business processes, and best practices while providing ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle. ________________________________________In This Role, You'll:
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for end users on the new PeopleSoft Human Resources platform.
- Educate users on how new PeopleSoft workflows differ from existing HR processes and procedures.
- Develop training materials, user guides, job aids, presentations, quick reference guides, and supporting documentation.
- Support organizational change management initiatives that promote user readiness and successful adoption of the new HR system.
- Conduct training for users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Provide post-training support by answering user questions and assisting with system adoption.
- Gather user feedback and recommend improvements to training materials and change management strategies.
- Partner with Human Resources, project teams, and stakeholders throughout planning, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Track training completion, user readiness, and adoption metrics.
- Document training activities, lessons learned, and process improvements.
You'll Succeed Here If You Have:
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required to start.
- Five (5) or more years of professional experience supporting organizational change management, training, Human Resources, or enterprise system implementations.
- Experience developing and delivering end-user training programs.
- Experience supporting Human Resources business processes.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR) or similar enterprise HR systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementation or modernization initiatives.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain new business processes and system functionality to non-technical users.
- Experience creating training documentation, user guides, job aids, and instructional materials.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with end users, project teams, and stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft Human Resources implementations or modernization projects.
- Familiarity with Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies, including Prosci or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing enterprise training programs and instructional materials.
- Knowledge of Human Resources operations and business process transformation.
- Experience performing stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and user readiness activities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience supporting Federal Government customers or classified environments.
Degree Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
