Senior Business Change Associate - Hedge Fund (Commodities)Our client, a hedge fund based in midtown NYC, is building a large physical energy trading business. This new position will have tons of exposure to senior leadership supporting cross-functional initiatives within a growing power and gas trading business. This role will connect stakeholders across teams and regions, translate business needs into practical solutions, and help drive improvements to processes, controls, and ways of working. The successful candidate will contribute to change-focused projects involving people, process, and technology while promoting clear communication and strong user engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams across the organization.
• Build productive working relationships and support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate change activities and help teams successfully implement new ways of working.
• Contribute to operational, process, and system enhancements, working closely with technology partners and business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, then help shape practical recommendations.
• Monitor project progress, raise risks or blockers in a timely manner, and seek input when needed to maintain momentum and quality outcomes.
• Provide flexible support on additional business analysis or project-related tasks as priorities evolve.
