Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resilience Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity supporting Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs within a financial technology environment. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented resilience professional who enjoys partnering with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders to strengthen operational readiness across cloud-native systems. The Enterprise Resilience Specialist will play a key role in coordinating Disaster Recovery planning, Business Impact Analysis activities, resilience documentation, and recovery testing. This opportunity offers meaningful visibility across technical teams, the ability to contribute to critical enterprise risk initiatives, and the chance to work independently in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate Business Impact Analysis activities and support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans.
  • Partner with engineering teams to document Disaster Recovery Plans, RTO/RPO requirements, dependencies, backup strategies, and failover approaches.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery testing, tabletop exercises, technical exercises, action plans, and remediation tracking.
  • Maintain resilience documentation, templates, dashboards, program trackers, structured datasets, and GRC platform records.
  • Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, manage action logs, and follow up to drive deliverable completion.
  • Support the development of resilience standards, procedures, training materials, reporting, and program communications. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $60 to $80 per hour, with a maximum of $80 per hour.
  • Contract Length:
    12 months.
