MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.Experience:
7 years.Licensure:
None.Preferred Requirements:
+Experience:
- 5 to 10 years working in business continuity, risk management, or operations. +
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with global standards like ISO 22301 or BCI Good Practice Guidelines. Previous use of BCP Platforms such as Fusion or Riskonnect. +
Soft Skills:
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, lead cross-functional groups, and talk clearly to top executives. +
Certifications:
- Professional credentials like CBCP (Certified Business Continuity + Experience supporting healthcare cybersecurity programs or academic health systems.
NIST CSF, HIPAA

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $102,851.00 - $205,703.00 annually.
