• What you'll do:
• + Lead business analysis initiatives by coordinating activities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business needs.

+ Provide data-driven insights and market research to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities. + Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through partnership, collaboration, and assigning responsibilities to build accountability and met project objectives. + Oversee compliance with company policies, ensuring ethical standards and integrity in all business processes. + Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver accurate reports and actionable recommendations. + Drive continuous improvement by evaluating workflows, processes, and results to enhance operational efficiency.
