Join us to oversee daily flight operations, mentor Flight Instructors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the highest training and safety standards. If you're passionate about leadership, excellence, and developing future pilots and take your career to new heights! ✈️ Tasks The Chief Pilot Operations is responsible for: Drives team performance by clearly communicating expectations & effectively planning, monitoring, & evaluating performance, including annual instructor training requirements Regularly reviews training & check ride data, identifying trends and addressing areas of concern with the Standards Team and Flight Instructors (FIs) Establishes priorities for resource allocation to ensure the timely completion of instructor training programs Supports the Standards Team & Mentor Pilots in achieving full compliance with student pilot documentation & training record requirements Conducts Progress Checks & UPRT evaluations on behalf of LAT Delivers Instructor Training All other duties as assigned or required Behind the scenes Our Purpose The Lufthansa Group connects people, cultures, and economies in a sustainable way.
