Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements for public-sector technology and operations projects. Analyze operational, transactional, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Create process maps, workflows, and documentation to support solution design and optimization. Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client stakeholders.
