If you love wrangling data and turning it into aligned decisions across the business, this role is for you. What you'll do Build precise demand plans from sales forecasts and inventory signals. Align strategies with partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Own KPIs that reflect supply chain health and efficiency. Champion best practices and continuous improvement in S&OP. Run the monthly S&OP meeting—review forecasts and lock in action plans. Apply analytics tools to raise forecast accuracy and decision quality. Keep S&OP documentation clear, current, and accessible. How you'll work Collaboratively—bridging functions to create one unified plan. Analytically—testing assumptions and validating outcomes with data. Proactively—surfacing risks and opportunities before they become issues. What you've mastered Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline. 2+ years in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain analytics. Data analysis tools and advanced Excel. Clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement. Multitasking and deadline management in fast-paced settings. ERP proficiency (MRP experience strongly preferred). Detail orientation paired with practical problem-solving. Tools you'll use Microsoft Excel (advanced)
