Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of business-critical systems. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on requirements gathering, issue resolution, testing support, and documentation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, and related operational workflows. Key Responsibilities Gather, organize, and document business and system requirements for enhancements and new initiatives Define business problems, clarify objectives, and support scope definition Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication Support issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across systems Assist with testing activities, including test case creation, validation, and defect tracking Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, SOPs, user guides, and release notes Monitor system usage, data quality, and process adherence Participate in project lifecycle activities including requirements, testing, training, and post-launch support Support meetings by capturing action items and tracking progress Ensure scope alignment and proper routing of new requests Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Basic understanding of business systems and software development lifecycle concepts Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with requirements documentation, testing, or process mapping Exposure to PLM, ERP, retail, supply chain, or merchandising systems Familiarity with tools such as Asana, SharePoint, ticketing systems, Excel, or BI tools Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools Strong interest in business operations and technical systems
