Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver in-depth analysis and operational support across business operations for our team. Our focus is on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and effective cross-functional coordination to ensure excellence in all operational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business operations, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collect, validate, and analyze operational, financial, and performance data from enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting audits and management review. Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, accruals, and cost analysis, supporting business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and funding justifications for operational initiatives. Coordinate inputs, deliverables, and timelines across various stakeholders, facilitating change management efforts and supporting compliance, audit, and governance activities.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Minimum of five years of experience performing business or operational analysis, with demonstrated ability to conduct moderately complex quantitative analysis. Proficiency in collecting, validating, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources using standard business analysis tools and software, including spreadsheets, presentations, and enterprise reporting systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and present complex information clearly to different audiences, including leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
