Job Description
Position Summary Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional partners, including IT, third-party vendors, and operational SMEs, to design feasible technical solutions for medium- to large-scale project Coach, support, and train junior business analysts Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5-7+ years of experience in banking analytics, with working knowledge of banking regulations Demonstrable experience designing and implementing process automation Excellent analytical skills with experience performing complex data analysis Excellent written, verbal, and comprehension communication skills Self-starter who can navigate complex organizational structures and drive results through influence and collaboration Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and intermediate SQL skills Working knowledge of IBS Insight, LPS, SAP Business Intelligence, and Passport applications preferred Strong leadership skills #Allroles2026
