Job Description
Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst I to support public-sector technology and operations programs. In this entry-level role, you will gather and document business requirements, map processes, and analyze operational and transactional data to support decisions for transportation, payments, and citizen service solutions. You will assist in developing functional specifications, dashboards, and reports, support testing and user acceptance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency for government and commercial clients. Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements for public-sector technology and operations projects. Analyze operational, transactional, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Create process maps, workflows, and documentation to support solution design and optimization. Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client stakeholders. Support system testing, defect tracking, and user acceptance activities. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and operations teams to deliver client solutions. Prepare presentations and documentation summarizing findings and recommendations. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and decision-making.
